“Which model(s) can remove the smell of "Passed Gas" and in what time frame? Also, does any model(s) actually cool the air like an air conditioner would cool room temperature down?”

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson air purifiers, including the HP04 Pure Hot + Cool automatically remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns. With regard to actually cooling the air, our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan.
