“Hi,brand new & immediately got an error msg saying water tank needs refilling. i plugged into the wall after reading that helps. it did for 2 days then started again. dyson troubleshooting not helpful at all--didnt know how machine works--.”

Ask them for a replacement, but that probably won’t help either. I went through the same thing and the replacement had the same issue.
