A:AnswerHi Dave, this is Kelly with Dyson. The filter for the TP01/TP02 is out EVO 1-piece filter. The TP04 has a 2-piece filter, which consists of sealed HEPA and activated carbon filters. Regardless, both will purify in the same manner, and remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns.

The machine works by drawing in air through the bottom of the unit, where it's purified as it passes through the filter, getting expelled through the loop on top of the machine.

A:AnswerYes it moves back and forth about 70 degrees of movement. So if you put it in a corner which is 90 degrees it would cover most of that but not all.
A:AnswerIt is hard to say how loud with out some measuring device. I would say that compared to a normal blade fan that it puts out more air and is quieter. I replaced a blade fan with this and feel as though it does a better job and is quieter.

A:AnswerHi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The TP01 Pure Cool Tower is both a fan and an air purifier. The fan does need to be on, in order for the purifier to work; ie: you cannot operate the fan, but turn the purifier off.
