A:AnswerHello there,
This is Dan with Dyson. Filters for the Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link purifier are available direct from a Dyson agent over our helpline. The price is $69.99 plus tax and shipping. The machine features an indicator that is designed to remind you to replace the filter after using it for up to 12 hours a day for a year. This may require replacing more regularly with more frequent use.
Best wishes,
Dan

A:AnswerHello Purifier,
This is Miella from Dyson. You can set up a schedule on the Dyson Link App, so it can run in auto during the day and not run at all during the evening. However, the purification aspect cannot be turned off; whenever it's on, it will be purifying the air.
We hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link™ air purifier does come with an included filter, which has a life of roughly 4400 hours. If you were using your machine 12 hours every single day, the filter should last you about one year.
Best wishes,
Kelly

A:AnswerHi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Previously, on older released HP02 models you could control the heat within the Dyson Link App. However, with software updates, this has been disabled, due to the federal regulation on controlling heat remotely.
Best wishes,
Kelly
