Hi John, this is Kelly with Dyson. If you're looking for a purifier that can also provide heat, this is a great model to have. You are able to set the target room temperature to 99 degrees, and you also have airflow speed levels from 1-10 to project that heated area in to the room. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
