• It does/can display and use Celsius, I have no idea on the 220 part of your question

• Hello Sab, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Purifier Hot+Cool Formaldehyde machine sold in the US will only show the temperature range in Fahrenheit. It would also only be compatible with US voltage 110/120V outlets. We would not suggest nor recommend using an adaptor to use the machine outside of the US, as this can damage the machine and would void the machine's warranty.
