No. Just like all gift cards or subscription cards, they are not returnable.

Once you buy the Ebay gift card, you cannot return it. If you wanted to use the code from the card, you have to wait a few hours before you can use it. I would contact either Best Buy's Q and A online chat and call Best Buy by phone if you still need help with the gift card.
