“I just bought these but the volume is very low. I tired adjusting the levels (low, medium, high) in the headphone, but it doesn't make any difference. Is there something else I can do before returning them?”

I haven’t had a problem with them. It sounds like you may have a faulty set and need to return. I’m sorry I couldn’t give you better advice.
