You'd need a capture device/card to capture gameplay, this would not be anything like a capture card but it'd help with your stream.

yes you still need a capture card the stream deck or mini is just a device that makes hotkeys on the deck also you need a pc to add the icons and stuff lke that

This is basically a macro pad. All it does are shortcuts. The capture card is sold separately. You can use it to start/stop streaming/recording however

This doesn’t work as a capture card. It essentially works as programmable hotkeys. So if you are streaming on twitch you can program one key to send out a tweet about your stream starting or to begin or end the recording/stream.
