Does it work on XBOX? null

I'm gonna say probably not but that is only because you have to install the software on the pc for the mic to really work properly. I would suggest contacting Corsair or Elgato and asking them directly or check their websites for a compatible devices list to see if xbox is listed. It may work and just not have full functionality like it does on pc but would still pic up audio and have a gain adjustment knob.
