Want the water above warm and comfortable to drink without waiting or for certain teas, maybe for the kids oatmeal? As it begins to bubble remove and use. Perfect temperature. Need the water hot, hot? Flip switch and go about whatever you may want or need to do. Once it’s got a good mighty rumble going it will click off on its own. Stays quite heated until you’re ready.
