Hi Jerry, thanks for reaching out! Standard Lithium Ion batteries degrade over time and we have designed the Ember to allow the battery to last as long as possible. While exact battery life can vary depending on an individuals use, each Ember comes with a one year warranty and if you experience any difficulty, we’d be happy to help!
