“Is the format of this 2020 the same as the older 18.1? I have cards saved on my computer from the 18.1 and if it is not formatted similar I may not be able to retrieve them. I have been using the Print Master card program for several years.”

Had the same problem. Could not open my"old" business cards I made with the 18 version and saved on a thumb drive . They were not compatible with the new PM Platinum. Gladly I found the old disk and could download the 18 again. Now everything works. It is sad that the Broderbund Company does not make it work with older versions.
