A Google search should confirm, or ask about battery size at a Honda dealer's parts counter. The batteries do have an expiration date written on the package. I don't have my package handy, but usually this brand's lithiums have a decade or more of shelf life.

Odds are it's a good fit since many key fobs use this exact battery - but again, open your key fob and look. If you have trouble opening it, search Youtube - that's how I figured out how to open mine. And yes, it has an expiration date, but it's typically quite a few years out and you don't really have to worry about it. Under normal usage, you'll probably get 4-5 years out of it regardless of the expiration date.
