I purchased an Energizer Max Power Bank 20,000 mAh. I have charged the product but cannot get it to charge my cell phone. I use my white Apple USB C wire and as you can see no lightning bolt appears to indicate that my Apple iPhone is being charged. null

I purchased a lightning cord with a usb end and it works great.  Never actually tried my usb-c to  lightning cable because I don’t like removing chargers from their designated spaces

It’s only meant for 2 USB A charging cables. That hole is for input only.
