“I got got mine today and charged it but the regular old iPhone chargers port work and charge phone and everything but when I use the usb c port beside the one to charge the port it doesn’t work so does it work for those chargers for the iPhone 12 (usb-c)”

The USB-C port should only be used to charge the power bank, which does speed up its charge time. Other than that it won’t charge your phone, it will drain your phones battery.
