• No, not with this specific package. They have another product which is batteries AND a charger.

• No, this doesn't come with the charger-but it is a great investment. I would purchase the package with the charger. Then, if you need more batteries (as I did) you can purchase this pack but use the same charger for all batteries!

• Batteries only, chargers are separate. Unless you seek for the 4 pack with charger. But then you lose out on 4 batteries.
