The micro computer inside the charger resets itself after you remove batteries. It should shut itself off after a short time period after you re insert a charged battery so it doesn’t overcharge the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.put one battery in at a time and see if it does that. You could have an old battery in there doesnt want to charge to full but its not faulty.
