“My power bank for some reason does not charge my Garmin gps. It is 12 volt. I have never had this issue in the past. Please advise this is so strange it's a battery. Thank you.”

Hi Fritz, Your Garmin GPS requires a 12V input, while the Energizer Ultimate Lithium power bank provides 5V via USB ports (even with Power Delivery, it only adjusts up to 9V or 12V for certain USB-C devices, not for 12V DC barrel connectors). This is why it won’t charge your GPS directly. You would need a step-up adapter or a dedicated 12V car charger for compatibility. --Energizer PowerPacks Service Team
