This projector does not have a TV tuner. You would need to feed it a signal from a receiver (basically this is a monitor). The normal setup for TV use, is to have a receiver feed this and speakers. You can hook it to a ROKU, a computer or something similar though to stream Netflix and such without a tuner. Do not use the internal speakers, they are pretty much minimal junk.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Much better than anything you could find for a comparable budget (except, maybe a TV - but then again, the screen size is different). A very bright projector. If the room is brightly lit it will get washed out and as with all projectors no direct sunlight should get on the screen but in a daylight bright room this is usable and gets even better at dusk. If your room is very bright you may want to invest into ambient light rejection screens.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We use it for our main TV. It is mounted on the ceiling and projects onto a white painted wall.(Sherwin Williams Screen paint) We play it through a receiver with surround sound speakers and sub woofer. It does very well and it is bright so you do not need a completely dark room.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's a great projector with a great image. I wouldn't recommend using it for daily use only because the bulb will eventually die. But if you don't mind spending the money it would be a pretty awesome tv :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got mine to replace my TV. And I have a very bright living room where it's mounted and also projecting directly to the wall with no screen and it's just amazing quality. No complaints at all.
