How do you compare this with epson 2045 projector. 1040 says 3000 Lumens color and brightness, 2045 says 2200 Lumens color and brightness. However, 2045 is more costlier than 1040. Wanted to get a better picture before making a choice. null

I cannot give a direct comparison, I have not seen the image from a 2045. However, I can say that the 1040 is bright enough to view in a room with windows having normal drapery. The colors don't wash out either in the daylight.
