“Can I play the sound out through an AV receiver while using the Android TV dongle? I set the HDMI link to ON and the Audio Out Device to AV system but didn’t get it work out. The AV output port is ARC enabled. Shall I set up anything on the AV system too?”

We had this same issue. We had to buy a new HDMI 4k compatible cord (our other one was super old). We also had to connect the android to our receiver. Hope this helps!
