“Can this scanner save files to a memory card? I'd like to use this without a computer attached and then send the memory card to someone.”

• I'm not sure that's possible, since the power to run the scanner comes through the USB cable that connects it to the computer. Without a computer, there is no power, and no on-screen control panel.

• There is no slot for a memory card so you will have to have a memory card attached to your computer and save the files to the card.
