• Yes you can. No reason not to. It has a .jpg option.

• Yes you sure can. I tried it several times. It will scan your picture in about 4 seconds. It's amazing I can't get over how such a small scanner can be so powerful. It's literally only 10.75" long , approximately 2" wide and 1.5" tall. I can hold it in one hand easily. You can take it with you anywhere and the set up of it is super simple. • Hi Minvox, You can use the RapidReceipt RR-70W for photo scanning. The best reason not to is that the RR-70W is not a photo scanner. The results will be good, but for excellent results, Epson has a range of scanners designed to scan photos rather than receipts and documents. One other caveat is that if your original photos are delicate you should use a flat bed scanner rather than a sheet fed scanner to preserve your originals. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
