yes, it's threaded... 1 3/4" machine thread on both ends. Must be used for the installation

So, would somebody tell the pipe width (not the length) to know if we can use our current installations by only using the bracket to be attached to the projector? I haven't been able to find that spec/info anywhere... Thanks in advance
