Batman showed on my receipt but the witcher did not.. I called up customer support and my code will arrive via email within a day or so they said .. They made it seem like this is a know issue so I suggest calling them 1-888-237-8289,hope this helps ..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The code was supposed to be on your receipt. I had the same problem and ended up going back to the store to see what was up. They may or may not honor it depending on if the promo had actually ended even if they still had the signs up for it.
