“I bought this item when the promotion for witcher 3 was still up, where do i find the code to download? I bought this same item on May 14 and the promo for the witcher 3 was still up and I purchased it. And now that I have the item no code or email in sight about the promo. Can anyone help me to find the code?”

You should have received an email stating you were awarded the game for your purchase. I got it from my video card purchase. Links or points me back to https://redeem.geforce.com/ .

Batman showed on my receipt but the witcher did not.. I called up customer support and my code will arrive via email within a day or so they said .. They made it seem like this is a know issue so I suggest calling them 1-888-237-8289,hope this helps ..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The code was supposed to be on your receipt. I had the same problem and ended up going back to the store to see what was up. They may or may not honor it depending on if the promo had actually ended even if they still had the signs up for it.
