Depends on your power supply. Your motherboard and case should be able to handle it, but you'll want to make sure that your power supply has enough wattage to keep it all running.

It's really a matter of it phisically fitting and we eathere your power supply has the necessary connectirs. Also check to see if your power supply has enough watts to s up port the full system. OEM companies have a habit of going cheep on power supply. I would want aleast 600wats to support one 850 if you plan on supporting multiple gpu s. Don't worry if your systen is PCIE 2, as PCIE 3 will work with PCIE 2 slots.
