• It's brand new, the prices are legitimately coming down because components are easier to get and the new 40 series cards are coming so they're trying to get rid of overstock

• Prices for GPUs are crashing right now. This is the legit price for a brand new gpu. They will continue to drop though so if you aren't convinced wait a week or two.
