“Will this power supply fit inside an HP Pavilion 690-0084? I upgraded the RAM to 32 and want to change the NVidia GTX 1060 3gb to the new 3060 but it requires 550 watts. The current power supply is 400 watts. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.”

This PSU is fairly standard sized, but I would compare the measurements of the PSU you currently have to the size specs for this one to be certain.
