Yes. However, if you have a very powerful CPU/GPU combo (something like a Ryzen 7 5800x + RTX 3080) you'll want something more powerful. Additionally 80 white is the lowest efficiency rating for a power supply. So if you're running more valuable hardware, it's just not worth it to run a less efficient, and less wattage power supply. Not that it's going to blow up, mine has been running perfectly fine for over a year with a 5600x and a 2060 and I would highly recommend if you don't need more power. I even bought one for my brother's PC when he wanted to build one.

Yes. You B550M has an ATX 12V connector and the power supply comes with every adapter under the sun. I have a Gigabyte AX370 and it works perfectly.
