Will this power supply fit a Dell XPS 8300? null

If it takes the regular standard ATX power supply then yes. Almost all PCs use the ATX standered and some do use TFX etc but thats not to common, but your most likely in the clear.... I put an image to show what a regular ATX psu looks like for ya...
