For me I think it depends on your store and what offers they have. At the time of my purchase they offered free delivery and set up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.With the Covid restrictions in place at my time of purchase they were advised not to enter residents. They got it into my doorway and that was it for me. It's cumbersome to manage without help but they've packaged it so that there is minimal work required to put the stand on correctly. AL you need is a Phillips head screwdriver. Hope that helps you.

It is now 2:30PM with no word and no response to my questions. All I get is transfers and hangups. Does anyone know what they are doing. I was also charged for a second delivery which was contrary to what I was told and only notified of second home service change after I input my Best Buy credit card. This should be refunded, but it won't matter if I cancel all orders which is about $2500. I am still on hold with the 8th agent....Don't you thing that is enough.
