You have to make sure it on your paper work that they deliver it , bring it in and install it. So pay attention when purchasing and doing paperwork with employee ask questions and get your answers.

No they delivered the first one damaged. Brought the second out 4 days later fast delivery to my living room floor. I had to remove it and set up. Be careful of the instructions are str a nge and no words . But the service to replace and timing was awesome. Shot happens a nd stuff breaks but service was awesome.

This pertains to living 'too far away' from the Best Buy. You can elect to have them set it up for you as well upon purchase and they'll do that part for free assuming you pay to have them deliver if you live 'outside' of their delivery limits or have all the required stuff to do the installation.
