First if you can search your email and spam again- the title of the email is “Redeem your AMD Rewards Ryzen Game Bundle.” I received mine immediately after placing my order. It has to obviously be with a purchase of the new 5000 series CPUs. The older 3000 series do not apply. If that does not work then I would recommend contacting customer service. I would imagine they could resend the order because the code can only be used once and is only redeemable after you login to your AMD rewards account and run a program that verifies you have a 5000 series CPU installed. 

If it makes a difference to you, you’re not missing much yet - once you redeem the gift code for the game from Best Buy on AMD rewards it doesn’t even give you an actual game code yet because it is so early before release of Far Cry 6 (Feb 2021) but it does tie the game to your amd rewards account so that a redeemable game key will populate once it is closer.
