Really not sure if it will go to extreme places that a raccoon would go. But it worked well with my golden retriever 2 year old.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will be ok with light tampering. It does have a red "rubber band" that holds it together when it is loose to ensure it does not fall apart. Therefore, the raccoon could chew on that. You are a lucky man to have such a cool animal. :)
