• A:Answer We have had one of these dishwashers for 16 years. When I clean the front, I use a Norwex Stainless Steel Cloth and a Norwex window cloth to buff. It cleans beautifully and quickly. One wipe with warm water and one dry with the window cloth.

• A:Answer The control for both drawers is on the front of the top drawer. You select which drawer you're using by pressing the first button on the left to toggle between the top and bottom drawer. The icon on the display will tell you which draw you're controlling. The upper or lower end of the icon will be brighter depending on which drawer you are selecting.

Q: QuestionThe older model is 34 inches tall which is standard for under counter. This one lists 36.25” high - is this correct? Does it work under a standard kitchen counter?

• A:Answer Yes, This will perfectly fit under a standard kitchen counter. Listing shows 36" which means you can adjust upto 36". I was worried about the height too, then found out this answer from bestbuy CC. Any way it fit nicely in our kitchen with standard counter height.

• A:Answer Yes! Better than most standard washers. They come with various inserts that are easy to put in and take out. With most or all inserts removed, I can use a drawer for cookware that never fit in a standard dishwasher, such as large skillets, my wok, my stock pot, etc. I have nerve problems in my hands and just can’t do much hand washing. Like any other dishwasher, I recommend washing cookware before any residue dries and hardens, or do a rinse only cycle to soften them before a regular cycle. I had my stacked drawers dishwasher for 10 years and miss them! I recently sold that home, snd when I replace the dishwasher in the home I bought, it will be a Fisher & Paykel stacked drawer set.

• A:Answer The manufacturer does not recommend using the soap cubes. Their recomendation is to use powdered dishwasher soap. I use one teaspoon of powdered soap in each of the two soap receptacles.
