“Picture of freezer shows a bin of ice on the left, I answer to question "is there an ice maker and cube trays?" Answer was NO So how did the ice get into that picture of the freezer? Do you need a separate ice making machine?”

There is no ice maker on this particular model--but I recall it is available on other F&P models.
