A:AnswerI have the blaze and it works well. Isn’t bulky and does the job when I workout. I preferred blaze over Alta for the notifications. If looking for an affordable product and you don’t need the notifications, I would say Alta. I have never used Alta but read reviews and my blaze works just fine.
A:AnswerIt will tell you how many steps towards your hourly goal at 10 minutes till the next hour (like at 3:50, 4:50, etc). But no, not anything like a "hey, get up and move" after you've been sitting at your desk a while.
