Hello, Thank you for your question. This product is not like Weathertec. The Floortex Anti-Fatigue Standing Comfort Mat is designed to reduce fatigue and pressure to improve comfort when standing for long periods. We do however have plenty of mats in our AFS-TEX range that help your back when standing.
