This unit features 5 of our imported, Italian brass sealed dual burners. Dual burner means that there is a main burner ring as well as a separate simmer burner. This allows our burners to go as high as 20,000 BTU's and as low as 1,000 BTU's. Perfect for both high heat cooking like searing or stir-frying or low heat simmering for sauces and braising.
