• Hey Lili! This does come with the separate reversible griddle. The flat griddle side is perfect for pancakes or eggs and the grill side is perfect for burgers, chicken or marinated fish! This cast iron griddle is perfect for high temperature searing without leaching any chemicals unlike other metals.
