Please try again later.Joey, you might want to think about adding an external hard drive, although I see that you stated that it was not YOUR computer that freezes up when loading pics. I did see that Shutterfly has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on their website, Go to: https://www.shutterfly.com/help/guarantee.jsp to view it. Other than that, I suggest that freeing up adequate space on that particular computer. Aside from that, they can be reached via ONLINE CHAT as well. If it were me, I would try that option, explain what had happened, and ask what they can do to rectify the problem. Hope you get some resolve.
