A:AnswerSame issue this week. After spending hours trying to verify my email account and multiple phone calls because I'm not getting any order updates, I get this. Since I'm using Hotmail, they would have to either re-create my account and merge the two (even tho I've used this email for >10 years) or use yahoo/gmail, which I'm not doing. Either way, have to reset passwords on all my devices. Said screw it, so I'm out the extras.
