• Ive used it multiple times it did say that the code limit was reached but i went back and kept redeeming it and then i went into apple music and it worked not sure if its just me.

• All you need to do is sign out your Apple ID in settings where you will see purchase and media then you go back to your Apple store and re-login your Apple ID and enter the code again in your Apple Music
