Why is it saying not for individual sales null

Because it's a promotional code and is not for resale, has no cash value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

It can’t be for individual sales because its own by a company. They’re legally bonded with it. It’s their property

because it is a digital product. you can’t have it shipped to you as a gift card or something

It not be sold because Apple partners with BestBuy to give it out free
