“I am a returning user and tried to use this and it keeps saying "available for new users only" but it says that its for returning subscribers too so im confused why it isnt working”

There could be the possibility that you’ve done it too many times and that it simply just won’t work anymore. Or it could be that it really is only for new users only and that this reward is not available to you.
