• Yes you have to follow Best Buy link they send to you through email. You actual sign up with bestbuy and it’s only for new subscribers of the apple service. Tap the link and follow any more questions I’m here

• Do you need to go to your iCloud account on the Internet web browser and into your iCloud username and password to your subscription.
