In most cases when you purchase a tv that comes with Apple to you go to redeem on the item that you’re purchase with Best Buy just click redeem on the item you got

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go online to Best Buy, hit the upper left hand 3 bars, go to ACCOUNT, select purchases and take a screenshot of your purchase and FREE gift. Shortly after your purchase, it will be in your email. You can also type that email search to locate it quicker. The email has a link and a code. If all else fails, send your screenshot to Apple Support. Only takes about 5 minutes to set up. Enjoy Apple TV!
