In most cases when you purchase a tv that comes with Apple to you go to redeem on the item that you’re purchase with Best Buy just click redeem on the item you got

I dont think i got one either, but on my new Tv it says i get 3 months free if i sign up. So maybe try to sign up

This happened to me when I bought my new iPhone.  However, when I bought an extra charging cable from Best Buy, they sent me a link to click on.  Kudos to Best Buy.

Go online to Best Buy, hit the upper left hand 3 bars, go to ACCOUNT, select purchases and take a screenshot of your purchase and FREE gift. Shortly after your purchase, it will be in your email. You can also type that email search to locate it quicker. The email has a link and a code. If all else fails, send your screenshot to Apple Support. Only takes about 5 minutes to set up. Enjoy Apple TV!

you get it to the registered email on the best buy account. if you didn't receive it I suggest to reach out customer service. Also, to mention twitter handle of best buy are very good to reach out and get a resolution
