No, as the power input requires 18 or 24 V, not 12 V. However, if you get a car charger to USB-C port which can provide 60 or more watts, you can charge it that way from your vehicle, plus, the adapter can pull double duty to serve as a third USB-C output from the power bank, so your investment will be doubly useful!
