The maximum power of this product is 120V 300w，If your pellet stove is rated more than that，That won't work。If it doesn't exceed 300w，That can work。

Yes for about 2 hours on one charge. The higher the temperature the more power it will use to cool itself down. But I would suggest using a propane gas stove for camping.
